2018 Year in Review

Dec 20

Holy crap guys!

What a year 2018 was.

I quit my six-figure job in December of 2017.

Somehow found a way to find enough clients to get my income back together.

Somehow found a way to get past the $100,000 annual revenue mark on my own.

After much procrastination, I finally launched my first membership site which by the way as a “marketing expert” was absolutely terrifying to do to put myself out there by launching my own product.

I just imagined the embarrassment of getting zero sales when I spend my days helping clients do exactly this – sell courses and coaching online.

Thankfully that didn’t happen (thanks to everyone who bought – I love you people).

Anyways the year had lots of twists, turns, successes, and failures.

Figuring out who my best clients are….

Figuring out where to focus my time and attention…

Figuring out what skills I need to improve to get better (shoutout to the Adskills.com team for being my support network)…

And becoming comfortable with sending emails daily, running a Facebook group, and building my own brand for myself rather than working behind the scenes for someone else (a huge leap outside of my comfortable zone).

It was exhausting and exciting.

…inspiring and depressing.

…achieving and leaving a lot to be desired.

But overall I’m proud of what I did and excited to take the next steps in 2019!

How was your 2018 and what are your goals in 2019?

Send me a reply, I’d love to get to know you a bit better!

Talk soon,

James 🙂
